Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are required to ensure timely and accurate service. We offer flexible scheduling for both in-office and mobile appointments. Same-day bookings may be available.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
All signers must bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (like a driver's license or passport). For certain documents, you may also need witnesses-please ask in advance if unsure.
Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes! We provide mobile notary services throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas, including Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Gaston, and Iredell Counties. We come to your home,office, hospital, or any location convenient for you.
Can you notarize documents electronically or online?
No! As of today, North Carolina does not offer Remote Online Notarizations (RON). Although, I am certified, I cannot legally perform online notarizations until the state approves it, which could be as soon as this year! Hang tight, RON is on the way!
What kind of documents do you notarize?
We notarize a wide range of documents: Loan closing packages (Purchases, Seller packages, Refinances, Helocs, Loan Modifications, etc), Powers of attorney, Living wills and trusts, I-9 employment verifications, Estate planning documents, Apostille related documents, General affidavits, Travel consent forms, DMV documents, and more.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Credit/Debit Card.
